Reverse Osmosis system remove all the salts and minerals from the water, they are not selective they remove the good minerals as well as the bad.
This mineral filter replaces the good minerals that the RO system has removed, simply add this filter after the RO system to turn your Aquarium system into a drinking water system.
Note it is highly recommended that you sterilize the water produced from this system if you intend to consume it!
